Dialectical Materialism

- Marxism and the State
Use this short pamphlet in your local discussion group to introduce your comrades
and contacts to the Marxist theory of the state. Print out the cover on colored
paper (print on one side), and then print out the rest of the pages on white paper, double
sided. Staple together, and sell at branch meetings or other events for $1.
This will help ensure that all comrades have access to the material, and will help

would look in a country like the United States, and also provide us with ideas on how to discuss with people who are

On the Mass Organizations - Letter to the Russian Marxists
This excellent letter from Ted Grant provides many historical examples explaining the importance of orienting towards
the traditional organizations of the working class. It also looks at issues such as Stalinism, Anarchism,
the collapse of the USSR, conditions in Russia today and the revolutionary perspectives for the future.

people. We need a mass party based on the working class which will defend the interests of
working people. Join the fight for the creation of such a party! Use this flyer to spread
the ideas of YFIS and agitate for a mass workers' party!

Copy this flyer, make copies (preferably on red paper!), and print a bunch out and go to
your local library! In every book by Marxists or about Marxism or Communism, insert a
copy! When people look for Marxist works at the library, they will find the flyer and lead
them to our websites! Help spread the word at your local public, college, and highschool
libraries! You can also hand them out at protests, concerts, coffee shops, etc.! Available

- Who We Are and What We Fight For
We have produced a tri-fold leaflet called: "Youth for International Socialism: who
we are and what we fight for!" Print them out on red paper and start recruiting!
